The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 11.10.2023 and 27.01.2025.

The Petitioner is a resident of Tadikota Village, and a public way from Kota Village to Sirimetla Village via Veddulapalli Village is being used by several persons to reach Boddagunta Junction from Tadikota Village. It is stated that a request was made by the villagers in the year 2018 to lay a road, and the same was sanctioned by the District Collector, East Godavari District, Kakinada, vide Proceedings No.1287/MPLADS/LS/ Araku/2017 dated 02.06.2018.

However, the sanction had lapsed for various reasons. Pursuant thereto, Petitioner gave representations dated 11.10.2023 and 27.01.2025 to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6. But there was no response from concerned authorities. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests

submits that the representations given by the Petitioner would be considered and an appropriate decision will be taken in that regard.

Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:-

(i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to examine the representations given by the Petitioner and to take an appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months.
