ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the petitioners’ property without following due process of law and without issuing any notice to the petitioners.

This Court, vide order dated 14.09.2016 granted an interim stay as prayed for.

Recording the same, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the interim order granted earlier by this Court, with a further direction to the respondents not to demolish the petitioners’ property without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
