When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode submits that in view of the latest instructions dated 31.01.2026 of the 4^th respondent/District Educational Officer, YSR Kadapa., furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication as the petitioner School along with its staff and assets was surrendered to the Government.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed by making the proceedings dated 31.01.2026 as part of record.
