When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Venkateswarlu Chakkilam, learned counsel for the un-official respondents herein, submits that the suit in O.S. No.72 of 2015, pending on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Parchur, Prakasam District was dismissed on 27.11.2025. He further submits that, pursuant thereto, the petitioner filed another suit in O.S. No.27 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Parchur for declaration and since the petitioner and the un-official respondents herein were arrayed as parties in the said Suit, this Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to both the parties to agitate their grievances in O.S. No.27 of 2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute for the said submission.

3. In view of the above, with the consent of both the parties and without going into other aspects, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition by the directing the petitioner and the un-official respondents herein to work out their remedies in O.S. No.27 of 2026, pending on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Parchur.

4. With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
