The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
“to issue a writ or order of direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the demand of "State Load Dispatch Centre" (SLDC) operating charges from the petitioner as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) of the constitution of India and consequently set aside the demand notices raised by the 3rd Respondent from the months May, 2007 to September, 2010 and passsuch other order or orders….”
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
