The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.2 & 3 in issuing Proceedings Rc.No.A4/92173/ 2025, dated 30.06.2025, in contravention of the transfer guidelines prescribed under G.O.Ms.No.5, dated 12.06.2025, issued by the Gram Secretariat and Ward Secretariat (GSWS) Department, and Circular Letter No.2866243/F(HR)/GSWS/2025, dated 16.06.2025 issued Respondent No.4 as arbitrary, illegal, and without jurisdiction and also violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 16, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to conduct fresh counseling or post the petitioner at one of their preferred locations and pass ….”

Heard M/s. D.Prudhvi Teja, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the common Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.960 of 2025 and batch dated 28.01.2026 and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition in the same lines.

A perusal of the common Judgment of the above said Writ Appeal shows that against the orders of the Writ Petitions in

W.P.Nos.16968 of 2025 and batch, some of the respondents/

aggrieved persons in each Writ Petition, filed the above said Writ Appeals and the same was disposed of as follows:

1) There shall be fresh transfers in respect of parties in the writ appeals including the unofficial respondents.

¶45

2) The writ petitioners, appellants and the unofficial respondents, wherever joined will continue at the same place till then.

¶46

3) The employees who have not joined in any place, shall be immediately adjusted in the places, where they were prior to the status quo orders and consequential adjustment shall be in the same way.

¶47

4) The options given by the writ petitioners, unofficial respondents, at the time of submission of their transfer applications prior to the litigation, shall be the basis for effecting and adjusting the transfers.

¶48

5) The posting and adjustments shall be strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.5 dated 12.06.2025 and the same shall be addressed candidate wise, with reasons accommodating or inability to accommodate.

6) The option given shall not be final say to demand posting at that particular place. The exercise of transfers shall be completed by March 2026.

As the issue involved in this Writ Petition is similar to that of the

issue in the above said Writ Appeals, with the consent of both side counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the same lines as that of the common Judgment in W.A.No.960 of 2025 dated 28.01.2026. No costs.

Registry is informed to attach a copy of the common judgment in W.A.No.960 of 2025 dated 28.01.2026, to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
