ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings issued by the Respondent No.3 bearing ROC.No.820/2017 G10, dated 28.06.2018, and consequently the proceedings dated 06.07.2018 promoting the Respondent Nos.5 to 7 and others.

Mr. S. Syamsunder Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court dated 30.01.2023, the petitioner’s case was considered and he was promoted as Panchayat Secretary Grade-III.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
