Learned counsel for the petitioner is not available.

Heard Mr.K.Ashok, learned counsel representing Mr.Kota Venkat Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the power supply to the petitioner’s agricultural land, situated in different survey numbers of Settipalle Village, was disconnected without any reason or notice and the same is illegal and improper etc., and he also sought a direction to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- for mental agony, loss and damage to the crop.

By virtue of the interim order dated 27.01.2012, it appears that the power supply was restored to the petitioner’s agricultural service connection bearing No.374 and therefore, the petitioner is not serious in pursuing the matter. Be that as it may.

In view of the afflux of time and the said interim order, this Court deems it expedient to dispose of the writ petition, providing that no coercive action for disconnection of supply to the said service connection shall be resorted to, except by following due
