peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same since 2009 without any objections at any point of time from the respondents authorities as wholly illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and void and violation of the principles of natural justice and infringing of his rights guaranteed under article 14, 19(1)(g) and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's request to grant assignment patta for the lands in an extent of Ac.3-50 cents in Sy.No.20-24 of Gopamambapuram Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal , Annamaya District by set aside the endorsement dt.11-07- 2022 vide Spandana No.172/2022 passed by the 3rd respondent herein and pass
