No. 25/2018-B dated January 2018 issued by 6th Respondent through 5th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to issue necessary orders for correction of Form 1-B in the name of Petitioner to an extent of Ac. 1-12 Cents instead of Ac. 0-59 Cents in Survey No. 42-1 of Malkapuram Village of Thullur Mandal, Guntur District and pass

Sri. Ch. Sivarama Krishna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri. P. Sivanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled by the parties outside the Court and that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. As such, requested to withdraw the writ petition.

Considering the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
