This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 29.11.2017 in I.A.No.1310 of 2017 in O.S.No.238 of 2014 on the file of III Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Kakinana.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. P. Eswara Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.Raja Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the main O.S.No.238 of 2014 was dismissed as abated on 10.09.2025, and therefore, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
