This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 16.11.2017 in I.A.No.1271 of 2015 in O.S.No.15 of 2014 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Sk. Rafi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the main O.S.No.15 of 2014 was decreed with costs on 08.10.2025, and therefore, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
