The petitioners are the judgment-debtor Nos.1 and 2. The respondent/decreeholder filed E.P. No.120 of 2014 in A.O.P. No.207 of 2013 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, under Order XXI Rules 37 and 38 Code of Civil Procedure,1908, seeking issuance of a warrant of arrest for realization of the E.P. amount. By order dated 30.09.2015, an arrest warrant was issued against the judgment-debtors. Challenging the order dated 30.09.2015, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

Sri G. Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that during the pendency of the present revision petition, a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent, and in view thereof, the petitioners do not wish to press the revision petition any further and the same may be dismissed.
