Learned counsel representing Sri Medam Siva Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that the revision petitioner is no more, and he died on 18.10.2022, as also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1/wife. Therefore, the revision petition may be disposed of accordingly.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the respondent No.1/wife and Sri Marri Venkata Ramana, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and in the light of Section 394 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the revision case is disposed of as abated.
