Sri A. Sai Rohith, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that the Charge Sheet was filed as C.C. No. 198 of 2024 on 11.01.2024 before the learned II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, USKP, by the Investigating Officer after thorough investigation.

In that view, no application has been filed seeking amendment of the Petition challenging the proceedings arising out of the charge sheet. The present case is one of the oldest matters pending before this Court as per the roster.

In light of the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised, and if the same is still pending consideration before the learned Trial Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
