The present Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.113 of 2024 dated 22.06.2024 of Poduru Police Station, West Godavari District was registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Sri C. Gowri Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant criminal petition with a liberty to work out the legal remedies available to the petitioners.

Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for

the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their legal remedies, in accordance with law.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
