The present petition was filed in the year 2021 seeking to quash the order in C.F.No.1076 of 2021, dated 08.09.2021, on the file of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti, and the matter has been pending for the past four to five years.

In that view, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
