The present Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash all the proceedings in S.C. No. MU/0000027/2024 on the file of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam against the petitioner.

Sri K. Joji Amrutha Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant criminal petition with a liberty to work out the legal remedies available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies, in accordance with law.
