The present Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.51 of 2026 dated 17.03.2026 of Chebrolu Police Station, Guntur District registered against the petitioner, for the offences punishable under Section 329(3), 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Sri Nageswara Rao Chava, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant criminal petition with a liberty to work out the legal remedies available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies, in accordance with law.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
