Heard Sri Md Sharfuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State.

This application has been preferred by the petitioner in connection with an unregistered case, as he apprehends that a complaint may be lodged against him and that he may be arrested. Hence, he has filed the present petition seeking pre-arrest bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no crime has been registered against the petitioner and if at all any crime is registered against the petitioner, the police will follow the due procedure contemplated under the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
