This Criminal Petition under Section 482(1) of the Bharatiyana Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS.’), has been filed by the Petitioners / A.1 and A.2, seeking bail in the event of their arrest, in connection with Crime No.10 of 2026 of III Town Police Station, Adoni registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(5), 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( for short ‘BNS’) and Sections 3(1)(s), 3(1)(f) and 3(1)(g) of SCs & STs (PoA)Act.

When the matter is taken up, Sri A.Syam Sundar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the criminal Petition.
