J U D G M E N T:

Sri N.Dada Hayat, learned counsel representing Sri J.Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the appellant/convict appeared through video conference would submit that as per his instructions, the appellant/complainant and respondent No.1/accused have settled the matter and entered into a compromise. Therefore, the appeal may be disposed of as settled out of the Court.

Heard Sri C.Panini Somayaji, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

The appeal is filed by the appellant/complainant challenging the order of acquittal rendered by the trial Court for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, which is a compoundable offence. Now, the learned counsel for the appellant/complainant would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the appellant/complainant and respondent No.1/accused.
