This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or other proceedings more particularly one in the writ of mandamus directing the CB CID of State of Andhra Pradesh to take over the investigation of my complaint registered as FIR No.8 of 2018 of Nandigama Town Police Station by taking over the records from the Nandigama Town Circle Office and to investigate it and to file necessary charge-sheets or final reports before the Courts and pass…”

The writ petition is filed seeking transfer of the case to C.I.D. Department for investigation.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader already submitted that the case in Crime No.08 of 2018 registered against unofficial respondents on the file of Nandigama Town Police Station, has already been transferred to C.I.D. Department on 08.07.2019. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

In the light of above submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader that the case was already been handed over to C.I.D. police for investigation, as requested by the writ petitioner, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
