The petition filed by the father seeking appointment as guardian of minor children as well as other reliefs under Section 10 of Guardian and Wards Act and Section 25 of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act was allowed by the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the mother.
