The petition filed seeking appointment as guardian of minor child as well as other reliefs under Section 6 and 7 r/w. Section 9 and 10 of Hindu Guardians and Wards Act, 1980, was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ongole. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred.

There is no representation on either side.

On a perusal of the material available on record, it appears that in view of efflux of time, the minor child had attained majority, as such, she is at liberty

to live as per her own will and wish.
