When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, fairly submits that the main writ petition was disposed on 24.10.2024. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondent.

3. Accordingly, recording the above submission, the contempt case is

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
