The contempt petitioner is the 5^th respondent in the Writ Petition, there are no favourable orders issued in favour of the contempt petitioner herein. This Court directed the respondent authorities to take action against the writ petitioners, if the writ petitioners are conducting any aquaculture activities without obtaining necessary permission, as required under the Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act, 2020.

The present contempt case is filed by the unofficial respondent in the Writ Petition, there is no violation of the order, the present contempt case is filed by circumventing the law.

Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the contempt case.

Permission is accorded.

¶36

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
