Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents herein in cancelling the Pattadar Passbooks that were issued in the name of the Petitioners with respect to the propertyto an extent of Ac.21.00 Cents in Sy.No.83, Naganathanahalli Village, Adoni Mandal and in not paying the compensation that is payable to the Petitioners herein after the land is acquired, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of Principles of Natural Justice, violative of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, violative of the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, i.consequently direct the Respondents to issue the Pattadar Passbooks to thePetitioners herein with respect to the property to an extent of Ac.21.00 Cents in Sy.No.83, Naganathanahalli Village, Adoni Mandal. ii.direct the Respondents herein to pay the compensation for the land that is acquired, along with an interest of 12 percent Per Anum, iii.And pass
