The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the orders passed on the petitioner’s application dated 27.8.2020, no orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Needless to observe that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed on the application, he may seek recourse to Law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, including I.A. No.1 of 2024, shall stand closed.
