Tushar Nagireddy, sought punishment of Kona Sasidhar, Principal Secretary, School Education Department, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 30.08.2025 passed in W.P. The Contempt Case has been filed seeking to punish the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and violation of the Order dated 30.08.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.15779 of 2025.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Nerella S.V. Ravi Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education submits that the Order dated 30.08.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.15779 of 2025, has been complied with and accordingly, respondent issued Memo No.2759099/PS/A2/2025, School Education (PS) Department, dated 21.12.2025. The said Memo reads as under:

<In the circumstances stated by the Director of School Education, in the reference 1^st cited, Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission for upgradation of Classes VIII to X (EM) at a stretch from the academic year 2025-2026 in respect of <Satish Reddy English Medium High School, Vempalli Village & Mandal, YSR Kadapa District=, in compliance with orders of the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. in W.P.No.15779 of 2025, dated 30.08.2025.

2. The Director of School Education, Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa, and the District Educational Officer, YSR Kadapa, are therefore, directed to take necessary action under Rule 3 (2) of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (PS-2) Department, dt.01.01.1994 in the matter strictly, as per the procedure in vogue. The competent authority should ensure that, all the conditions prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (PS-2) Department, dated: 01.01.1994 and its amendments issued from time to time, are complied with fully.=
