This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for willful disobedience in obeying/complying with the order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19885 of 2025.

On instructions, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the order which was passed in W.P.No.19885 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 has been complied with and the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- has been paid on 23.12.2025.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner too concurred with the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, as order passed by this Court has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
