This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 22.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9817 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that pending contempt case, the respondents have complied with the orders dated 22.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9817 of 2025 by disposing of the appeal vide order 20.01.2026, as directed by this Court and the same is also furnished by the learned counsel for the respondents before this Court. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case and requested to close the contempt case.
