This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents/ contemnor for Contempt of Court for willful and deliberate disobedience in not comply the orders passed by this Court dated 07.02.2025 in W.P.No.950 of 2025.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the Respondents/ Contemnors would submit that the orders have been complied with by the Respondents and furnished a copy of “Payment Status”, which disclosed that the Respondents had successfully paid an amount of Rs.19,77,684/-, vide Beneficiary ID No. 1000060726.
