COMMON JUDGMENT:-

Both these appeals are filed by the same appellant challenging the decree and order dated 04.07.2017 passed by the Chairman, A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Amaravathi in O.A.No.2928 of 2010.

Today when these appeals came up for hearing, Mr. P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant in C.M.A.No.1135 of 2017 has brought to the notice of this Court, a memo dated 10.02.2026 filed by him stating that subsequent to filing of the appeal, the appellant has never approached him and that his whereabouts are not known. Hence requested to close the appeal. Mr. N. Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the appellant in C.M.A.No.592 of 2019 has also reported that he has given up his vakalath and that he does not have any instructions from the appellant.

In view of the above, these civil miscellaneous appeals are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
