This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 27.12.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.41783 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is disposed of, the contempt case filed against the order dated 27.12.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.41783 of 2022 cannot be enforced. Hence, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the contempt case.
