The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the Order dated 13.06.2017 passed in W.P.M.P.No.23027 of 2017 in W.P. No.18889 of 2017.

When the matter was taken up, Mr.K.Koutilya, learned counsel representing on behalf of K.Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the main writ petition was closed on 11.07.2025. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondents. Ms.Mamatha, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri Kota Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
