Instant Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of interim order dated 08.06.2017 in WP MP No.22514 of 2017 in WP No.18445 of 2017.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none represented the petitioner.

On the other hand, Registry submits that the main WP No.24031 of 2017 itself was dismissed on 25.07.2025, as cause in the main Writ Petition not survives as per submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, the very main lis itself dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
