The appeal was filed by the defendant. The plaintiffs’ suit for specific performance of contract was decreed directing the defendant to execute the registered sale deed, as also with some other observations and directions.

Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted

a letter dated 19.02.2026 to the Registrar (Judicial), Andhra Pradesh High

Court, on record submitting as follows:

“ Due to change of circumstances, the Appellant is inclined to withdraw the above Appeal suit. It is therefore requested that this Hon’ble Authority may be pleased to direct the concerned section to post A.S.No.2110/2018 before the concerned court under the caption of “withdrawal” enabling the Appellant to withdraw the A.S.No.2110/2018 with a liberty to file fresh appeal if the issue is not resolved.”
