Heard Ms.Kamireddy Divya, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M.Devi Prasad, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Smt.P.Lakshmi. Ld. Assistant Government Pleader for School Education.

The Ld. Assistant Government Pleader has drawn the attention of this Court to the Written Instructions dated 21.04.2025, which were already submitted on 08.05.2025. The Written Instructions would indicate that after the retirement of the Teachers on 31.05.2025 and 30.06.2025, the Official Respondents would initiate the necessary process upon receiving instructions from the Higher Authorities.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner has submitted an Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6622 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025, wherein the Court disposed of the said Writ Petition by directing the Respondent Authorities to ensure the appointment of Teachers in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education Department, dated 01.01.1994 or in terms of Para No.9 of the Order dated 05.01.2023 in W.P.No.30927 of 2022 and batch.

Having considered the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present Writ Petition on similar lines, directing the Respondent Authorities to ensure the appointment of Teaches in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education Department, dated 01.01.1994 or in terms of Para No.9 of the Order dated 05.01.2023 in W.P.No.30927 of 2022 and batch.
