Heard Ms.Sameera Bokka, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.

Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, has submitted the Written Instructions dated 20.06.2025 furnished by the Executive Engineer (FAC), PRI Division, Kakinada, Kakinada District. A copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the gross amount to be paid to the Petitioner is Rs.2,99,114/-.
