Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the prayer sought in the present Writ Petition that the Writ Petitioner is claiming net amount of Rs.10,85,599/-. The Counter Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.5 (Executive Engineer, (R & B) Electrical Division,

Having regard to the admitted position, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present Writ Petition by directing the Respondent Authorities to complete the complete the entire administrative process, Interdepartmental and Intra-departmental, within a period of eight weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank details to the concerned within one week from today for effecting such transfer.
