company within the limits of the respondent municipality^{atthebehestofthe} 3rd and the 4th Respondent, without issuing any prior notice and without following due process of law and the action of the 3rd and the 4th Respondent in issuing notice bearing Roc.No.3276/2008/G, dated 15.02.2014 and notice in Roc. NO.3319/2008/G1, dated 06.01.2014, asking the petitioner company to comply the conditions mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.380, dated 01.08.2013 in respect of towers erected prior to issuance of the said G.O. though it is not applicable to the existing towers, as, arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and in violation of well settled principles of natural justice.

Petition under Section 151 GPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the/petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd and the 4th Respondent not to take any coercive action for not complying with requirement of G.O.Ms.No.380, dated: 01.08.2013 to the existing towers erected by the petitioner company within the limits of the respondent municipality prior to issuance of the said G.O., pending disposal of the writ petition.
