Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the contract final bill to the petitioner for the works done by him under Local Tourism Projects 2017-2018 grant for construction of balance works of Tourist amenities building at RC Varam, East Godavari District as per circle in Agreement No. 317/2017-

2018/DB/Dt 14.12.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and also oppose to all cannons of justice consequentially direct the respondents to release the contract pending bill to the petitioner for the works done by him under Local Tourism Projects 2017-2018 grant for construction of balance works of Tourist amenities building at RC Varam, East Godavari District as per circle in Agreement No. 317/2017- 2018/DB/Dt 14.12.2017 forthwith and to pass

ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the contract final bill to the petitioner for the works done by him under Local Tourism Projects 2017-2018 grant for construction of balance works of Tourist amenities building at RC Varam, East Godavari District as per circular in Agreement No.317/20172018/DB/Dt.14.12.2017 as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition. In view of the said submission, no orders are required to be passed in this case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending

in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
