Challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not taking any action against the respondent Nos.6 and 7, who are illegally quarrying and transporting of regur soil in the land, Sy.No.271/2 situated at Kunaparajuparva Village, Reddygudem Mandal, NTR District, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri Banka Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents.

It is contended by the petitioners that they have brought^{tothenoticeof} the official respondents that the unofficial respondents are illegally excavating in the petitioners’ land. On 13.03.2024, the petitioners’ filed a representation to the official respondents but the said representation^{hasnotbeenconsidered} so far, and the unofficial respondents are going on excavating the subject land. The petitioners have prayed for appropriate direction to the respondents. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4*^ respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners within a period of^{twoweeksfromthedateof} receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to^costs.
