The petitioners are challenging the action of the respondent

Nos.2 to 4 in interfering in the civil disputes and also insisting the

petitioners to vacate from the properties admeasuring in an extent of

154 sq. yards, 149.5 sq. yards and 138.66 sq. yards covered by Sy.No.101/21 situated at Kurmannapalem, Visakhapatnam District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that respondent Nos.2 to 4 at the behest of respondent No.5 are interfering with the civil disputes. It is submitted that the petitioner and 6^th respondent have civil disputes and O.S.No.266 of 2017, O.S.No.309 of 2006 were filed before the Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka. The appeals filed by the 5^th respondent were also dismissed. However, at the behest of 5^th respondent, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are interfering in the civil disputes.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on the complaint of the 5^th respondent, Cr.No.81 of 2025 was registered against the petitioners’ father for alleged offence under Sections 329(3), 324 (4) and 351(2) read with 3(5) of BNS on 23.02.2025.
