No. 18775 of 2024 dated 10-09-2024. The Respondents not inclined and refusing to issue Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is arbitrary, illegal and violation of fundamental rights under article 19 and 21 guaranteed by Indian Constitution.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the^{learnedAssistant} Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

The present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in issuing the Police Clearance Certificated inspite of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18775 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024, this Court directed the respondents therein to issue Police Clearance Certificate by recording all the cases filed against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the^{learnedAssistant} Government Pleader on written instructions submits that the Police Clearance Certificate has been issued to the petitioner by mentioning 4 cases raised against him, which are still at the investigation stage.
