The Court made the following Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4^th respondent in trying to evict the petitoenr highhandedly from her property admeasuring an extent of Ac.4.14 cents in Sy.No.711/12, situated in Motumallela Village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 20.08.2025 submits that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject land for the last 10 years and pattadar passbook was also issued vide Khata No.1436 of Motumallela Village of Rompicherla Mandal. No action has been taken by the 4^th respondent to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, recording the said instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 20.08.2025, no further orders are necessary, as there is no threat of dispossession.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
