Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in not measuring the land in an extent^{ofAc.0.82centsin} Sy.No.203 of Thokapalli Village, Peda Araveedu Mandal, Prakasam District in pursuance of the application dated 04.09.2021.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 3'"'^ respondent dated 18.08.2025 submits that as per RSR of Thokapalli Village, the total extent of Ac.0.82 cents in Sy.No.203 stands classified as patta land. As per the webland adangal & ROR1B, it is found that the writ petitioner has no right over the land in Sy.No.203 and she has not been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The application filed by the petitioner for patta sub division of land (not F-Line application) in Sy.No. 203 Ac.0.82 cents of Thokapalli village vide application NO.DER012101361201 dated 04.09.2021, the then Mandal Surveyor inspected the land in Sy.No.203 to an extent of Ac.0.82^cents of the said village and enquired in the presence of the boundary^membersand they stated that the applicant/ petitioner herein has^{nolandintheabove} said survey number as mentioned in her application^{andnoticeissued} by the surveyor. The petitioner failed to prove her possession on the

ground. Hence, the application of the petitioner dated 04.09.2021 was

rejected duly intimating through Meeseva on 04.11.2021.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the prayer of the writ petitioner was already considered by the respondent authorities concerned, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is open for the petitioner to work out her remedies as per law.
