This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1^st respondent in issuing G.O.Ms.No.47 dated 23.08.2018 in so far showing the 3^rd respondent at Sl.No.2 and the consequential proceedings issued in GORt.No.356 dated 23.11.2018 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to place the petitioner as incharge Superintending, Engineer.”

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the matter may be disposed of as the relief sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Sri R.V.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Government Pleader for School Education would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
