The Court made the following Common Order:

The W.P.Nos.29014 and 2937 of 2024 are filed by the petitioner seeking Police aid against the alleged interference of the 6^th respondent with the property of the petitioner.

The W.P.No.3530 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner against the 6^th respondent, who is the petitioner in W.P.Nos.29014 and 2937 of 2024.

The petitioners and the unofficial respondents have civil disputes between them and they have filed counter cases against each of them. The non-completion of investigation by the police and filing of charge sheet is challenged by the petitioner and the action of the Station House Officer in interfering with the civil disputes at the behest of the unofficial respondents is also challenged.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State upon instructions submits that the Police recorded the statements as many as 5 witnesses in Crime No.151 of 2024, as many as 8 witnesses in Crime No.150 of 2024 and as many as 10 witnesses in Crime No.40 of 2024 were examined.

It is also submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the Police have collected the CC TV footages of that area and investigation is under process. That apart, it is submitted that, both the parties, who are in

dispute were bound over by proceedings before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Reddygudem vide MC.No.40 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.3530 of 2024 submits that the petitioner is the owner and he is in possession of the property and the proceedings were also challenged by him.

Considering the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that as the investigation is under way, these writ petitions are disposed off, directing the investigating Officer to expedite the investigation and file final report/charge sheet before the competent magistrate. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
